 Canadian Coalition For Global Health Research
The Canadian Coalition for Global Health Research is a not-for-profit organization promoting better and more equitable health worldwide by:
  • Mobilizing greater Canadian investment and involvement in global health research,
  • Nuturing productive partnerships among Canadians and people from low and middle income countries, and,
  • Turning research into action.

Canadian International Development Agency
The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) was formed in 1968 by the Canadian Government.  CIDA administers foreign aid programs in developing countries, and operates in parternship with other Canadian organizatiions in the public and private sectors as well as other international organizations.

Canadian Neonatal Network

The Canadian Neonatal Network is a group of Canadian researchers who collaborate on research issues relating to neonatal care. The Network was founded in 1995 by Shoo Lee, MBBS, FRCPC, PhD and now includes members from twenty-seven hospitals and sixteen universities across Canada. The Network maintains a standardized neonatal intensive care unit database and provides a unique opportunity for researchers to participate in collaborative projects on a national and international scale.

Canadian Network for International Surgery
The Canadian Network for International Surgery is a non-profit organization that promotes the delivery of essential surgical care to the underprivileged. Our vision is to empower low-income countries to create an environment where the risk of injuries is minimal and all people receive adequate surgical care.

Canadian Paediatric Society
The Canadian Paediatric Society is a national advocacy association committed to the health needs of children and youth.

 

Canadian Society for International Health   
The Canadian Society for International Health is a national non-governmental organization with members committed to the promotion of international health and development. The Society members offer a solid network of experts and experience with the Canadian government, international agencies, non-governmental organizations and academia.

Child Health and Nutrition Research Initiative (CHNRI)
CHNRI was launched to be a medium through which researchers in children's health issues can share knowledge, find contacts; learn about events, jobs and annoucements, and together work to improve the condition of children's health globally.

The Children's Health Policy Centre
The Children's Health Policy Centre links the best research evidence with government partners in health policy-making to improve programs and services for at-risk children. 

International Center for Diarrhea Disease Research, Bangladesh
The ICDDRB is a special research center and hospital for diarrhea patients in the capital Dhaka and has been successfully treating patients since 1978.

The Liu Institute For Global Issues
Founded in 1998 by Professor Ivan Head and opened in 2000, the Institute acts as a hub for global research and emerging issues at the University of British Columbia (UBC).


International Pediatric Association

The International Pediatric Association is a coalition of worldwide Pediatric Societies and other international organizations working in program areas pertinent to global child health and collaborating with a number of entities including WHO, UNICEF, GAVI and the PMNCH.

Royal Children's Hospital - Melbourne -- Centre for International Child Health
The CICH was established in 2001 within the University of Melbourne's Department of Pediatrics.  Its core aims are to address the inequilty in global child mortality, to assist countries to achieve their Millennium Development Goals in child health, and to develop strong child health systems.
