Whereby agreement we identify key countries where we feel our sustained effort can have a significant impact on the health of children and youth. Identification of these countries then becomes a focus for program development and fund raising. This usually engages many individuals internally, as well as external partners. The number of these major initiatives is limited both by financial and human resources and in the near future would likely be no more than three.
