Ordering Parent Information Sheets

• Download: A Simple Blood Test Could Save Your Baby’s Life (English)
• Parent Information Sheets can be ordered in English. Please email the BC Newborn Screening Program indicating the desired quantity (10, 25, 50, 100) and shipping address.
• Parent Information Sheets are available for download only in Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Punjabi. If you would like to order the Parent Information Sheet in these languages, please indicate this in your email.

Ordering Blood Spot Cards

• Please contact the C&W Newborn Screening Laboratory to obtain blood spot cards (phone: 604-875-2148 e-mail: nbs_office@cw.bc.ca).
• Plan ahead and allow enough time for the cards to reach you by regular mail so that you do not run out of cards.
