Volunteer

Feel like helping with Arts and Crafts? At Sunny Hill, we welcome volunteers from the community who help us out with activities. We couldn't do it without you!

The Sunny Hill Auxiliary

The Sunny Hill Auxiliary is a group of volunteers whose main purpose is to add to the comfort, ease and welfare of children, youth and their families at Sunny Hill, to raise funds for this purpose, and to foster good relations between Sunny Hill and the community. Through fundraising, the Auxiliary is able to offer financial support for existing programs and patient comfort or finance new programs and equipment. We encourage all volunteers to join the Auxiliary.

Volunteer Resources Department

Our Volunteer Resources Department manages the planning, recruiting, screening, placement, orientation and training, ongoing evaluation and recognition of all volunteers. Our coordinator will meet with you to find a good fit between you and Sunny Hill's volunteer needs, and then take you through orientation and training when you start.

Find out more from our brochure or call Sunny Hill at 604-453-8300. You can also download the Volunteer Resources Application Form.
