Botox clinic
The Botox Clinic is held once a week. During the clinic, Dr. Beauchamp evaluates patients who are candidates for treatment with Botox, a small amount of the botulinum toxin, which can relieve tightness and spasticity when injected into a muscle. This clinic also does follow-up visits for patients who have received Botox treatment in the past and possibly repeats the treatment. Our clinic nurse, Cory Savitsky, assists Dr. Beauchamp and monitors the patients after the injection. About five patients a week are seen in the clinic. For more information about treatment of spasticity with Botox, see
