We are listening

Serving patients and supporting their families is what we do. At the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), we are putting patients and their families at the centre of everything we do – and we are committing to it in policy. 

We need your voice, experiences (good and bad), and your insights to ensure that our new Patient and Family Inclusivity Policy is rooted in the patient, family member and informal caregiver realities. We are listening. 

We are hosting a number of open sessions and we invite you to join us.

How to register?

Space is limited to 15 people per location. For more information and to register, please email Jennifer Miller with Delaney + Associates at Jennifer@rmdelaney.com, or call 778-851-1023. 

In recognition of participants’ time, a $20 honorarium will be provided per person.   

All input is confidential and no one will be personally identified. You don’t need to have had personal experience with PHSA services – just have a good sense of what’s important to you as a patient or family member.
