Family Immunization Clinic

We provide all publicly-funded immunizations at no cost to patients at BC Children’s and BC Women’s and their friends and family visiting the hospital.
About

BC Children's Hospital Family Immunization Clinic currently provides flu immunizations at no cost to patients, their friends and family and visitors to the hospital. In January 2018, the clinic will offer all publicly-funded immunizations to the same population.

The clinic operates through a combination of drop-in visits and pre-booked appointments that are scheduled with an immunization nurse or physician.

Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Clinic location: BC Children’s Hospital Family Immunization Clinic, Ambulatory Care Centre: Main Level, Entrance 21

As of December 1, 2017, all staff, volunteers and visitors to the hospital or other Provincial Health Services Authority sites must have had a flu shot or are required to wear a mask during flu season (December 1, 2017 until approximately March 2018). Masks will be available at nursing stations, outpatient reception desks and the main entrances of our facilities. This policy applies to all patient care facilities in BC.
