The Ophthalmology Clinic treats children and youth with eye and vision problems. 

The Orthopedics Clinic provides general pediatric orthopedic services, including specialized clinics for children and youth with scoliosis and spinal deformities, neuromuscular diseases, leg length discrepancies, musculoskeletal oncology, developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH), clubfoot, and other traumas. The orthopedic surgery team provides surgical care for children and youth with spine conditions, lower extremity and hip displacement, and orthopedic cerebral palsy.

The Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery team provides care for children with disorders of the ears, nose and throat.

We work with patients, community teams, and other teams across BC Children’s Hospital. Together, we treat the patient's infection and support home IV antibiotic treatment.

The Plastic Surgery Clinic provides diagnostic and treatment services for infants, children and youth with a wide range of plastic surgery needs.

The positioning and mobility team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, seating technologists, rehabilitation technologists and an engineer. 

This program provides care for children and youth with mental health concerns who are at high risk for metabolic side effects associated with taking certain types of psychiatric medications, such as second-generation antipsychotics (SGAs); or who have pre-existing metabolic conditions (excluding type 1 diabetes).

The respiratory medicine team at BC Children’s Hospital serves children and youth from BC and Yukon with complex respiratory conditions.

We diagnose and treat children and youth with rheumatic diseases.

We provide regular primary health care outreach clinics and specialized pediatric health services that are easy to access for children, youth and their families in Vancouver’s inner-city neighbourhoods.
