Youth workshop

The Sea of Transition Readiness Workshop was developed by and for youth as an interactive way to share experiences and knowledge about transition. Workshops have been facilitated by youth leaders across the province at conferences, summer camps, and other youth-spaces with more than 200 youth participants.
