Finding your way, also called wayfinding, is an important part of your hospital visit. When you know where to go, and how to get there, you can worry less and spend more time on your care.
We know getting around this hospital can be difficult. It is a complex place that has changed a lot over the years.
So we want to know – do you ever get lost in our hospital? How can we improve?
Tell us by filling out our 15-minute, anonymous online survey: http://bit.ly/lostinhospital
We want to hear:
- Your stories—good and bad—about finding your way around the hospital
- Your ideas for improving wayfinding
Survey closes April 24, 2020.
We will be holding 2-hour workshops April 20, 21, and 23 at the hospital. If you would like to participate, RSVP to by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your help in finding solutions for patients and visitors.
